David T. Brown

David T. Brown serves as Co-Chairman and Attorney at Much, where they provide strategic legal counsel to public companies and closely held businesses. They have extensive experience in managing complex matters, including acquisitions, private placements, and tax structures. David has held significant leadership roles in various organizations, including serving as immediate past vice chair of the Board of Directors of Jewish Federations of North America and chairing the JFNA Ukraine Allocations Sub-Committee. As an active member of the Jewish community, they are involved with the National Association of Jewish Legislators and have received numerous accolades, including the JUF Julius Rosenwald Award. David is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree at Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
