Eric Guth

Eric Guth is a corporate attorney at Much, where they represent public and private borrowers, equity sponsors, and financial institutions in various lending transactions. With extensive experience in negotiating and documenting secured and unsecured debt facilities, they provide guidance on restructuring issues and advise on complex financial products. Prior to joining Much, Eric served as a partner at Barnes & Thornburg LLP and an associate at Winston & Strawn LLP. They also held the position of captain in the US Army from 1990 to 1994. Eric holds a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School and an A.B. from Princeton University.
