Peter Shepard

Peter Shepard is a corporate attorney currently serving as the Vice Chair of the Corporate & Finance practice group at Much. With a focus on mergers and acquisitions, Peter provides outside general counsel services for private and public companies, entrepreneurs, and private equity firms. Prior to this role, Peter gained experience as a Principal and Associate at Much Shelist, P.C. and completed internships with the Chicago Legal Clinic and U.S. District Court Judge Ronald Guzman. Peter holds a Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in World Politics & Economics from Hamilton College and an MBA with Dean's Honors from Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University of Chicago.
