Allison Wright

Allison Wright possesses extensive experience in customer success and education, currently serving as Manager of Customer Onboarding at Muck Rack since September 2020, after advancing through roles such as Senior Customer Onboarding Specialist and Customer Success Specialist. Prior to Muck Rack, Allison held the position of Customer Success Manager at Direct® and worked at TrendKite as a Senior Customer Support Representative and Customer Success Manager/Onboarding Consultant. In earlier roles, Allison contributed to the educational sector as a Pre-AP English II and English II teacher at Liberty Hill High School, as well as a Language Arts teacher at Lockhart Middle School. Allison earned a Bachelor of Arts in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Texas State University in 2015.
