Mario Durando

Mario Durando has a diverse work experience. Mario started their career at Reckon in May 2019 as a Technical Support Representative, where they provided critical customer and technical support. Mario quickly progressed to the role of Senior Technical Support Analyst in December 2019, taking on more responsibility in managing technical issues. During their time at Reckon, Mario consistently met all KPIs, including net performance score, call statistics, and customer feedback.

In January 2021, Mario joined the Northern Territory Government as a Graduate Analyst, where they gained valuable experience in analyzing business processes. After six months, they transitioned to their current role at Mudbath as a Business Analyst starting in July 2021. Mario's work experience demonstrates their ability to excel in technical support, business analysis, and adapt to new roles and responsibilities.

Mario Durando has a diverse education history. In 2010 to 2014, they attended the University of Mumbai and obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science. Following this, from 2016 to 2017, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Western Sydney University. In 2018, they completed a short-term Graduate Diploma in Information & Communication Technology from the same university. In terms of additional certifications, Mario obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC) in January 2023. Mario also received a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance in August 2021. Additionally, they became an Accredited Partner of Reckon in February 2021.
