Matthew Spier

Matthew Spier has a diverse work experience in the field of design. Matthew has recently worked as a Lead UX Designer at Mudbath since September 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Product Designer at Digital Creators from January 2022 to September 2022. Matthew worked as a Senior User Experience Designer at NAB from August 2021 to January 2022. Before that, they held the position of a Senior Product Designer at nib Group, with two separate stints from September 2020 to April 2021 and from April 2021 to August 2021. Matthew also worked as the Head of User Experience at Coassemble from July 2018 to September 2020. Additionally, they have experience as a Lead UX Designer, UX/UI Designer, and User Interface Designer at Compassion Australia from 2012 to 2018. Matthew started their career as a Web Designer at LUMALED in August 2010 and then transitioned to the role of Exhibition Designer at DisplayWise from January 2010 to July 2010.

Matthew Spier obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Product Design from the University of Newcastle, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained certifications in Essentials of Product Management from Brainmates in May 2017 and in Google Conversion Optimisation from the University of Sydney in April 2013.
