Paula Thurnham

Paula Thurnham has a diverse work experience, starting in 2023 as the Head of Service Delivery at Mudbath. Prior to that, they worked at OSF Digital as the Delivery Centre Director ANZ, where they were responsible for meeting delivery requirements and achieving key measures of success. Before that, they were the Head of Delivery at Datarati. Paula also has experience at Domestic Cat Software as a Program & Operations Manager and Senior Project Manager. Paula has held the position of Senior Project Manager at Coal LSL and Moceanic. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Digital Project & Product Manager at Love Monday, an Ecommerce Product Manager at 47 Frocks, a Practice Manager at Wanaka Medical Centre, and a Human Resources Project Manager at PlaceMakers.

Paula Thurnham has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Northumbria University. In addition, they obtained two certifications: MSP® Foundation CPD from AXELOS Global Best Practice in July 2020 and MSP® Practitioner CPD from the same institution in May 2021.
