Prashant Bakshi

Prashant Bakshi has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Prashant started their career as a Systems Support Engineer at Net4India in 2004 and later transitioned into a role as a Manager of Client Relationships at the same company. In this role, they were responsible for maintaining and developing customer relationships, conducting customer satisfaction campaigns, and managing budgets and financial reporting.

From there, Prashant joined ICICI Bank as an Operations professional, where they handled customer queries, cash and forex transactions, and cross-selling of financial products. Prashant was recognized for their excellent performance and received awards for their efforts.

In 2009, Prashant joined OrbitSys Technologies Pvt. Ltd as a Manager of Business Operations. Here, they were responsible for end-to-end project planning and execution, managing teams and resources, and leading proposal efforts for business development.

Prashant then transitioned to the role of Project Manager at ITC Infotech in 2013. In this role, they managed IT service delivery, stakeholder management, and team growth and development. Prashant also ensured compliance with processes, managed delivery operations, and implemented performance standards and measurements.

Following their stint at ITC Infotech, Prashant joined Prescient Healthcare Group as a Project Manager. Here, they oversaw the development and delivery of a web-based BI platform, managed stakeholders, acted as a Scrum Master, and optimized project performance and quality assurance. Prashant also liaised with clients and conducted workshops and trainings.

In 2019, Prashant joined National Australia Bank as an Implementation Manager, where they were responsible for implementing projects and ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.

Prashant's most recent role was as a Project Manager at Bill Identity Ltd, where they managed projects and ensured successful delivery. Prashant joined Elenium in 2022 as a Project Manager before moving on to their current position as a Senior Project Manager at Mudbath.

Throughout their career, Prashant has demonstrated strong project management skills, stakeholder communication, team leadership, and a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Prashant Bakshi completed their senior secondary education at St. Francis De Sales School in New Delhi, where they focused on Science. Afterward, they attended Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University from 2000 to 2004 and earned an Honors in BIS (Bachelor of Information Sciences) degree.

In addition to their formal education, Prashant Bakshi has obtained multiple certifications. Some of the certifications they have earned include Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in September 2020, Prince2 Foundation from PeopleCert in November 2018, and Agile Project Management Principles as well as Cert Prep: ITIL Foundations, both from LinkedIn in July 2018. Prashant has also obtained certifications in various other fields, including DevOps, Data Science, Project Management, Salesforce, Scrum Master Certified (SMC), Certified Blockchain Professional, and Six Sigma Green Belt, acquired at different points in time.
