Carson Wallace

Carson Wallace currently serves as the Global Head of Performance and Reward at MUFG, a position held since October 2019, where responsibilities include managing performance and reward strategies globally. Prior to this role, Carson held the title of Director and Head of Compensation and Performance for the Americas at Barclays from September 2017 to October 2019. Previous experience includes serving as the Head of Performance and Rewards at Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, leading a significant transformational agenda for the Asia region, and positions at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking as Vice President of Compensation and Benefits, as well as Senior Reward Manager at HSBC Retail Banking and Wealth Management. Carson holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies with a focus on Employment Law from Glasgow Caledonian University.
