Charles Green

Charles Green currently serves as the International Chief Risk Officer for both MUFG and MUFG Securities Americas Inc., overseeing the International Securities Division. With an extensive background in risk management, Charles held various leadership roles at Deutsche Bank from March 1997 to February 2025, including Head of Market and Valuation Risk Americas and Managing Director of Market and Liquidity Risk Management. Responsibilities included the governance of the Volcker program, management of market risk frameworks for Rates and Credit, and oversight of teams across New York and London. Charles holds an M.B.A. from Fordham University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University at Albany.
