Corina Painter

Corina Painter is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in project finance, structured finance, and corporate banking. Currently serving as Legal Counsel and Head of Primary Markets and Sales & Trading at MUFG since April 2007, Corina has held various titles including Director and Solicitor, focusing on areas such as securitisation and professional support. Prior experience includes working as a Solicitor in Project Finance at Linklaters from January 2000 to April 2007 and as an Editorial Assistant at Sterling Publishing from April 1994 to January 2001. Corina holds a CPE in Law from The College of Law, London, and a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Bucharest, Romania.
