Eric Brown

Eric Brown has extensive experience in community development and lending, holding significant roles in various organizations. Eric served as Community Lending Manager at HomeStreet Capital from 2004 to 2006 and as Community Development Manager at Fannie Mae's American Communities Fund from 2000 to 2004. Prior to that, Eric was Executive Director at St. Andrew's Housing Group from 1993 to 1997. After his time at ShoreBank Pacific in 2006-2007, Eric continued to contribute to community initiatives through a board member position at Building Changes from 2004 until June 2015. Currently, Eric is the Director/Manager of Credit Administration Resource Management at MUFG Americas since November 2007, after also working in Community Development Lending at Bank of America from 1997 to 2000. Eric holds a Master's degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Washington.
