Hiroki Kameda

Hiroki Kameda is the Managing Corporate Executive, Group CIO & Group CISO at MUFG. Hiroki has over 20 years of experience in the software engineering industry.

Kameda started their career as a software engineer at Sony Electronics in 1997. Hiroki then moved to Pioneer Corporation in 2002, where they worked as a software engineer and project manager for seven years. In 2009, Kameda was promoted to Manager, Software at Pioneer Research Center, USA. Hiroki returned to Pioneer Corporation in 2015 as the Software Manager, where they led software development for home A/V products and network audio systems.

In March 2015, Kameda joined ONKYO & PIONEER Technology Corporation as the software manager. Hiroki oversaw software development for home AV products, home theater systems, and network audio systems. Hiroki was also responsible for certifying products with WiFi, DLNA, Apple MFi, Bluetooth SIG, and DAB.

Kameda has extensive experience managing OEM/ODM suppliers and development teams. Hiroki is skilled in defining product specifications and designing software. Hiroki is also experienced in supporting production engineering departments to start mass production in factories.

Kameda’s experience and skills have made him an invaluable asset to MUFG. Under their leadership, the company has made great strides in improving its software development processes and standards.
