Jodi Toolen

Jodi Toolen serves as the Global Head of HR Central Services at MUFG since August 2015, leading a team that oversees HRIS activities, payroll operations, and employee support. Prior to this role, Jodi held the position of Senior Director of Americas HR Operations at Alcatel-Lucent from January 1983 to August 2015, managing HR shared services and payroll operations across North America, the Caribbean, and Central America. Additionally, Jodi has experience in HR transformation projects, including the implementation of a global PeopleSoft platform, and a background in vendor management for HR services. Jodi holds an MBA from Centenary University and a BS in Business Management from the same institution.
