John Wallace

John Wallace is a highly experienced professional in the field of operational risk management, currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Operational Risk Management at MUFG since January 2023. Previously, John held roles as Chief Risk Officer and Head of Enterprise/Operational Risk Management at TowneBank from July 2019 to January 2023, and as Global Head of Enterprise/Operational Risk Management at Worldpay from 2016 to 2019. Earlier in their career, John was Head of Operational Risk Management at Regions Bank and held multiple senior positions over nearly three decades at Fifth Third Bank, including Head of Enterprise/Operational Risk Management and Wealth Management CFO. John holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy from Miami University and a First Year Diploma in Economics from Université de Toulon.
