Matt Stratton

Matt Stratton is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and legal practice. Currently serving as Managing Director at MUFG since June 2017, Stratton previously held the position of Director within the Global Financial Solutions Investment Banking Division at The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd. from November 2011 to June 2017. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President/Counsel at Debevoise & Plimpton and working as an Associate at Merck. Matt Stratton's academic credentials include a JD in Law from Rutgers Law School and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Rutgers University.
