Michael Lee is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in compliance, auditing, and regulatory investigations. Currently serving as Vice President at MUFG since May 2025, Michael has previously held managerial and senior consultant roles at Protiviti between July 2015 and May 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing audit-related projects, conducting risk assessments, and performing Anti-Money Laundering investigations. Earlier experience includes serving as a Compliance Examiner at the National Futures Association, conducting examinations of member firms, and internships at Samil PwC and Samjong KPMG Inc. Michael holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
