Michael Swan

Michael Swan is a seasoned professional in fund finance and structuring, currently serving as Senior Vice President at MUFG since July 2022, after holding the position of First Vice President. Prior to MUFG, Michael worked at Natixis CIB Americas as Vice President in both Origination & Structuring and FIG and Structured Credit from June 2019 to July 2022. Experience also includes a role in Hedge Fund Risk at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking, and serving as Associate Director at Fitch Ratings. Earlier career experience includes a position as Private Banking Analyst at J.P. Morgan. Michael holds an MBA in quantitative finance from NYU Stern School of Business and a degree from Drexel University, along with having passed Level 1 of the CFA Program.
