Obi U. is a dedicated Scrum Master and Agile Consultant with over seven years of experience in supporting, coaching, and mentoring teams to embrace Agile methodologies, including Scrum, SAFe, Lean, and Kanban. They have worked with over eight cross-functional teams, facilitating agile transformations and delivering high-value products. Currently serving as a Senior Scrum Master at MUFG, Obi previously held roles as Project Delivery Manager at Lloyds Banking Group and Scrum Master at DoorDash, among other positions. Obi holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Statistics from the University of Benin and a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Leeds.
