Prabhat Kumar

Prabhat Kumar is a legal professional with extensive experience in the financial sector, currently serving as Managing Director and Co-General Counsel EMEA at MUFG since January 2012. Prabhat also holds the position of Co-Head of Legal for Europe, Middle East and Africa and Head of Legal Structuring. Prior to joining MUFG, Prabhat was a Law Consultant at Bank of America and had roles at ASHURST LLP and Royal Bank of Scotland Business as a Senior Associate and Law Consultant, respectively. Prabhat began a career in law as a Litigation Associate at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. Academic credentials include a Masters of Laws from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Laws from the National Law School of India University.
