Robert Carlson is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in debt capital markets. Currently serving as a Managing Director at MUFG in the Americas since April 2014, Carlson specializes in US Investment Grade sectors including Food & Beverage, Healthcare, and General Industrials, as well as Latin America. Prior to this role, Carlson held the position of Director at Barclays from May 2002 to February 2014, focusing on debt capital markets across Brazilian corporates and banks, with additional coverage in Chile and Mexico. Carlson's career also includes positions at Morgan Stanley as VP in the Telecom Investment Banking Division and at Lehman Brothers as an Associate in the Latin America Investment Banking Division. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado and an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
