Ron Lee, MBA, has extensive experience in the financial technology and banking sectors, holding key leadership positions across several prominent companies. At Fidessa Canada Corporation from 2000 to 2005, Ron served as Vice President of Professional Services, where innovative strategies were implemented in the U.S market. As Country Head & Operations Director, Ron transformed the Canadian capital markets landscape, driving a successful fintech business. From 2009 to 2011, as Chief Information Officer at Questrade, Ron led a comprehensive IT transformation. Ron also contributed significantly to ADP as Regional Implementation Team Leader, achieving substantial revenue goals and enhancing productivity. At SunGard, Ron advanced to SVP & Global Head, managing significant projects within the North American capital markets, later taking on a COO role in Paris. Currently, as Managing Director and Chief Information and Operations Officer at MUFG Bank, Ltd. since March 2015, Ron oversees strategies, operations, and technology, achieving remarkable improvements in process automation and customer focus, all aligned with global strategies.
