Rumana Uddin

Rumana Uddin is the Head of Early Careers at MUFG, where they lead the strategic direction and design of early career programs across EMEA. With over 15 years of experience in Human Resources within the financial services industry, they are dedicated to nurturing junior talent and fostering a diverse, inclusive culture. Prior to this role, Rumana held various positions at MUFG, including Learning and Development Associate and Campus Recruitment & Development Manager. They also have experience as a Learning & Development Administrator at Barts and The London NHS Trust. Rumana holds a BA in Business Studies from London Metropolitan University and a Postgraduate Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Development.
