Steven King

Steven King is an experienced finance professional with a focus on credit risk management. Since June 2019, Steven has served as Director of the Special Credits Team within MUFG's EMEA Credit Risk Office, where responsibilities include managing a portfolio of problem loan accounts to protect the bank's position and maximize capital recovery. Prior to this role, from July 2014 to June 2019, Steven worked as a Senior Credit Analyst at Santander Global Corporate Banking, overseeing credit risk for FTSE100-250 UK and Nordic Corporate clients across various sectors. Earlier experience includes an Associate Director position at the Royal Bank of Scotland from October 2010 to July 2014, where Steven managed credit risk for a diverse range of counterparties. Steven's educational background includes attendance at Pennant Hills High School from 1991 to 1996.
