Todd Halstead has extensive experience in finance and risk management. Currently, at MUFG since September 2013, Todd serves as VP-BURM and VP Internal Controls Manager. Previously, Todd worked at HSBC from November 2006 to September 2013 as VP/Director of Business Risk & Control Management, overseeing control testing and analysis in compliance with SOX and operational risk protocols. Todd’s career also includes a significant tenure at Allstate Insurance Company from June 1978 to May 2006, where responsibilities spanned all areas of accounting and finance, including regulatory reporting, internal controls, and operational management of customer service functions. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Drake University, attended from 1974 to 1978, and graduated from Cherry Creek High School from 1971 to 1974.
