Vinter Yip

Vinter Yip is an articulate and focused talent, leadership, and organisational development leader with a strong background in driving innovative talent management strategies. They have held various leadership roles at companies such as Honeywell, Prudential plc, and Walmart, where they focused on organisational design, change management, and employee experience. Vinter is currently the Head of Global Learning & Development at MUFG and has a master's degree in Organisational Change and Development from The University of Manchester. Passionate about diversity and inclusion, they co-founded an internal Pride network at Prudential to advocate for LGBT+ equality in the workplace.
