Nadja Kovacev

Nadja Kovacev is currently serving as a Talent & Culture Partner at MUI since February 2023, following a diverse background in talent acquisition roles. Previously, Nadja worked as a Talent Partner at Kandidate from July 2021 to February 2024, specializing in sourcing tech talent across various positions, including C-level executives. Notable experience includes a Talent Partner role at MessageBird, where global tech roles were filled, and a Sourcing Partner position at Zencargo focused on Senior Backend Java Developers. Additionally, Nadja has experience as a Career Development Coordinator at FLV and holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Union University Faculty of Law and Business Studies dr Lazar Vrkatic Novi Sad.
