Our goal is to demystify this compound, promoting its therapeutic use and expanding access to more people in the region, while legitimising these treatments within a solid and safe regulatory framework.

This isn't about ideology; it's a response to a historical crisis. Most of the most prescribed medications were developed based on male physiology, leaving huge gaps in understanding. The result: less effective treatments, more serious side effects, and millions of people facing conditions that could have been prevented or better treated.
