Romain Guyard has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Romain started their career as an intern at MAS Laboratory in Central Paris, where they developed a visualization program for simulated plants. Romain then interned at the Ministry of Defense, where they worked on implementing a cluster.
Following their internships, Romain joined Orange Labs as a research engineer. In this role, they focused on improving productivity and interpersonal communication in the work environment using new Head-Mounted Display (HMD) devices. Romain worked on creating a proof of concept/demonstration for utilizing HMDs in personal or collaborative scenarios.
After their time at Orange Labs, Romain joined Parrot as a Development Engineer. Here, they gained experience in the development field.
Romain then pursued a PHD at the Université de Technologie de Compiègne. Romain'sresearch focused on distributed algorithms for cooperative perception, specifically data fusion and algorithms for dynamic networks. This research was applied to the fleet of intelligent vehicles at the Heudiasyc laboratory, with support from an engineer team.
Most recently, Romain joined Mujin, Inc. as a Backend Developer. Further details about their role and responsibilities are not provided.
Romain Guyard started their education in 2009 at IUT grenoble informatique, where they pursued a DUT in Informatique. Romain completed this program in 2010. Following this, they attended Université de Technologie de Compiègne (UTC) from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained an Engineer's Degree in Informatique.
