Think TikTok or Meta for a digital media publisher; leveraging the same density of data & targeting capabilities to make truly engaging content & recommendations - keeping users dwelling, scrolling & transacting.

Agent-first architecture:
An agent-first architecture is the backbone of Mula. The team practices what they call “principal vibe coding,” which pairs an AI coding agent with the oversight of human principal engineers. The combination maintains a living memory bank of business, product, and technical context that guides development. 

This approach has enabled the team to evolve a suite of specialized AI agents:

Content-critical agents like Hunter and Nique operate with human approval and override capabilities, striking the balance between automation and control.

Bringing the platform to the publisher:
Finally, the philosophy of bringing the platform to the publisher comes to life in how Mula delivers these capabilities. 

While Mula maintains an internal dashboard, the team has prioritized making agents invokable directly through Slack (since most users are already familiar with Slack’s UI & have it installed across devices). It  also enables real-time, observable customer support via inter-org channels. 

By embedding into tools publishers already use - and extending this approach to platforms like Microsoft Teams - Mula lowers barriers to adoption so that Mula is a natural extension of a publisher’s workflow, not another system they have to learn.
