Steven Foley

Steven Foley is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across various sectors. Currently serving as Marketing Director for Muller, Inc. and DFM Development Services since March 2021, as well as at Muller Infrastructure since January 2023, Steven has successfully implemented targeted campaigns utilizing diverse channels while managing marketing budgets and analyzing key performance indicators. Previously, Steven held the position of Marketing Manager at the Water Environment Federation, where a robust marketing approach was developed. Earlier experience includes serving as Associate Director of Marketing & Brand Strategy at the Independent Community Bankers of America, where significant improvements in email engagement and program participation were achieved. Steven holds a B.S. in Business Administration, with a focus on Finance and Marketing from the University of Vermont.
