Mullins Professional Group (MPG) focuses on developing dynamic leaders and building better organizations.

We do this at the intersection of leadership development, executive coaching, and neuroinclusive design. Every workshop, speaking event, cohort-based program, and coaching engagement is filtered through our lens of being inclusive of all the ways people think, learn, and communicate.

Founded by Julia Mullins, MPG started with executive coaching, and soon came to focus on coaching leaders with ADHD (ask about our Lead with ADHD program!)
Over the years, we've balanced individual coaching, and workshops or programming.

Our work is centered on neurodiversity and neuroinclusion. Our ADHD-informed approach focuses building self-awareness, and strengthening foundational behaviors built on evidence-based neuroscience research.

ORGANIZATIONS & TEAMS
MPG delivers workshops, webinars, and more on leadership development, neurodiversity in the workplace awareness, or any combination of the two topics.

INDIVIDUALS
MPG works with corporate leaders and entrepreneurs striving for the next level.
