Sam McIvor

Sam McIvor is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in labor and employment law. Currently serving as the Managing Partner at Mullins since June 2016, Sam has been recognized in the Best Lawyers in Australia from 2021 to 2024 and was a finalist for the Australian Partner of the Year Awards in 2019. Prior to this role, Sam held the position of Director at Aspirations for Kids in Sport from January 2018 to January 2021, and served as a Senior Associate at Colin Biggers & Paisley from May 2015 to June 2016. Earlier in the career, Sam worked at Norton Rose Fulbright and Wynn Williams in New Zealand. Sam holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Bachelor of Arts with a focus on Sociology and Political Science from the University of Canterbury.
