Soyoung Kim is currently the Vice President and Head of the Smart Education Division at Multicampus, overseeing corporate education initiatives and innovative training programs since 2021. Previously, they held various leadership roles at Samsung SDS, including leading recruitment and development strategies from 2011 to 2020. Soyoung has contributed to significant projects in digital transformation and workforce development and has been recognized with the Presidential Citation for contributions to the K-Digital Training government-supported education initiative. They are also pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Korea University.
