Eric Schneider

Eric Schneider is a seasoned HR Executive currently serving as the VP of Global HR Operations (Process & Technology) at MCC Label. They previously held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Voltyx, where they developed and executed staffing strategies and integrated organizational operations. With extensive experience in private equity owned organizations, Eric has successfully managed HR operations, technology, and talent management across various companies, including MiTek and Sara Lee Baking Co. Eric also shares their expertise as an Adjunct Instructor, teaching courses on Organizational Culture and Leadership. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Saint Louis University and a Master's degree in Communications from Webster University.
