Between October 2002 and June 2019, Soderberg worked at XSport Fitness as Assistant Director of Maintenance/Assets and Regional Maintenance Manager, supporting over 1 million sq. ft. across twenty health club locations. Additional experience includes positions as Assistant Chief Engineer at Marriott International and various maintenance roles in the Army National Guard, Bricin Rentals, Cactus Petes Resort Casino, and the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Soderberg earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology - Facilities Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout in 2000.
