Jeff McVicker

Jeff McVicker has over four decades of experience in the printing industry, having served in various managerial and training roles. McVicker began as Printing Manager at Paramount Packaging from September 1973 to November 1983, where responsibilities included overseeing flexographic and offset gravure printing operations and establishing new departments at a Texas facility. From November 1983 to February 1991, McVicker held the position of Director of Printing at Duro Bag Manufacturing Company, focusing on equipment improvements and purchases at the Richwood, KY plant. Since March 2009, McVicker has been Facility Trainer at Multi-Color Corporation, developing and maintaining training programs for production associates. Prior positions at Multi-Color included various managerial roles, such as Flexographic Print Manager and Quality Manager. McVicker holds a degree in Industrial Technology from Middle Tennessee State University, earned between 1980 and 1982.
