Joel Garner

Joel Garner currently serves as the Maintenance Team Lead at MCC Label since February 2024. Prior to this role, Joel worked as a Maintenance Manager at Plant Prefab for a brief period and held the same title at Fort Dearborn Company from May 2014 to December 2023, where additional positions included Supervisor and Flexographic Press Operator. Also active as a Consultant at Element Packaging from September 2016 to December 2023, Joel began a career in supervision at Arcade Beauty from January 1993 to August 2013 and held the position of Press Operator at Rhyne & Co from January 1989 to January 1993. Joel is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design Production at Indian River State College since 2016, after attending Chattanooga State Community College from 2009 to 2010, studying Business/Commerce.
