Linn Harson

Linn Harson has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. They began their career at Thompson Hine LLP as a Partner, leading corporate transactions and securities practice. During their tenure, they served on the Executive Committee and played key roles in mergers and acquisitions, securities transactions, and commercial contracts. In 2016, they joined AdvancePierre Foods as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary, where they provided guidance on SEC and NYSE compliance, board governance, litigation, and mergers and acquisitions. After leaving the company following its sale in 2017, they joined Crown Equipment Corporation as Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer. Currently, Linn Harson is serving as the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at MCC Label, and will assume the role of Chief Legal Officer starting in 2024.
