Lino Gonzalez

Lino Gonzalez is an experienced manufacturing professional with a strong background in operations management and engineering. Currently serving as Director de Manufactura and Director General at MCC Label since January 2023, Lino previously held the position of Plant Operations Manager at Franklin Electric from January 2022 to January 2023. Prior to that, Lino was also a Plant Operations Manager under a confidential agreement from January 2021 to January 2022, leading a manufacturing facility in Monterrey. Lino's extensive experience in the field includes a notable tenure at Regal Beloit Corporation, where Lino worked from December 2006 to January 2021 as both a Plant Operations Manager for electric motors, generators, and electrical cabinets, and as Engineering Manager. Lino Gonzalez holds a degree from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León.
