Lorelei Shipp is an experienced customer service and management professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Customer Service Manager at MCC Label since February 2023, Lorelei has previously held key roles such as Manager - Spreading Optimism at Life Is Good® with Jekyll Island Authority, where responsibilities included hiring and training staff while managing sales and customer service operations.
