Mark Younger

Mark Younger is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resource management, currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at MCC Label since August 2007. In this role, Mark is tasked with recruiting senior personnel for Europe and Africa through strategic headhunting and external search provider management, in addition to developing the region's Talent Acquisition strategy. Previously, Mark held the position of HR Business Partner for the UK, overseeing operational and strategic HR across five manufacturing sites with over 650 employees, also managing the Johannesburg site. Earlier experience includes roles as an Immigration Officer at The Home Office and an HR Officer at Cardiff Bus. Mark holds a PGDip in Human Resource Management and an HND in Business Administration from the University of South Wales.
