Matthew Edwards

Matthew Edwards serves as the General Manager for the Americas at Physical Properties Testers Group since July 2025, and previously held the position of General Manager at Multi-Color Corporation starting in January 2020. From January 2007 to January 2020, Matthew was Plant Manager at Sonoco, overseeing a $30 million operation in Los Angeles with full responsibility for P&L and managing various departments including production and quality. Prior roles at Sonoco included Process Improvement Manager, where Matthew led initiatives across 15 facilities in North America, and Production Manager, implementing a self-directed workforce system. Matthew's career began at Cordis as part of the Advanced R&D team, focusing on machine design and test method validation. Matthew holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Florida State University, attained between 2001 and 2006.
