Nancy Giffin

Nancy Giffin, RICP, currently serves as the HR Operations Program Manager at MCC Label, where employment began in July 2021. Prior to this role, Giffin held various management positions in talent acquisition at MCC Label, including Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations and Manager of Global Talent Acquisition. Giffin's experience includes work as a New Advisor Development Specialist at Consolidated Planning, Inc., and multiple roles at PSA Airlines, Inc., such as Assistant Director of Talent Systems & Support and Manager of HR Pilot Recruiting. Giffin began a career at MetLife, advancing to Director roles and overseeing advisor teaming and recruiting functions. Giffin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Northwestern State University and possesses the Retirement Income Certified Professional designation from the American College.
