Previously, Seth spent over a decade with the US Navy, advancing through various HR roles, including Regional HR Manager, where responsibilities included delivering HR services to a 10,000-employee healthcare management entity across multiple regions. Seth's experience encompasses directing teams, supporting company missions, refining recruitment strategies, and ensuring compliance through effective risk management. Educationally, Seth holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Financial Analysis from LSU Shreveport, complemented by extensive HR credentials and a commitment to organizational effectiveness.
