Thomas Townsend

Thomas Townsend, MBA, serves as the Corporate Real Estate Manager at MCC Label since April 2024. Previously, Thomas held the position of VP Acquisitions and Asset Management at The Richland Companies from September 2014 to March 2024. Early career experiences include internships at SwiftLease and roles as a Sales Representative at UniFirst Corporation, as well as various positions at Spec's Liquor, including Assistant Store Manager, Head Cashier, and Intern. Thomas earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Management from the University of Houston, where studies were completed from 2013 to 2015, and holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from the same institution (2008-2011). Initial studies at Texas A&M University Galveston Campus included a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from 2007 to 2008.
