Jens Baetens is a seasoned project leader and site manager with extensive experience in steel construction. Presently, Jens serves as a Project Leader at Multi.engineering, overseeing a project at Arcelor Mittal Gent since October 2025. Prior to this, Jens worked for Victor Buyck Steel Construction from September 2016 to October 2025, where numerous significant projects were managed across Europe, including major sites in France and the UK. Jens began an academic journey at the Koninklijk Atheneum Gentbrugge, completing studies in 2012, and continued at Ghent University, earning a degree in 2016.
