Treesa Francis has a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Toc-H Institute of Science and Technology. Treesa has experience working as an ICT Engineer at Multi.engineering, where Treesa is responsible for various administration activities on monitoring tools and infrastructure monitoring services. Previously, at UST Global, Treesa held roles as an Associate Infrastructure Analyst and an Infrastructure Analyst, where Treesa monitored various IT infrastructure devices and communication links, escalated alerts based on ITIL processes, and coordinated the ERT process. Treesa has experience in incident and problem management, process documentation, audits, and shift roster preparation.
