Multi-Me is uniquely accessible and multimedia-based, allowing people to communicate using words, images, video, and audio rather than being limited by text-heavy systems. It supports individuals and their circle of support — families, keyworkers, educators, and services — to work together more clearly and consistently.
A core principle of Multi-Me is that the data belongs to the individual. Information can travel with a person across settings, supporting continuity through transitions and change rather than being locked into a single service.
Multi-Me is a cloud-based platform with complementary smartphone and tablet apps, developed over more than 16 years in partnership with people who access support, families, and services across education, social care, and health.
The platform supports SMART goal-setting aligned with Ireland’s New Directions Person-Centred Planning framework, conforms to NHS PRSB About Me standards, and is ISO 27001 certified and UKAS accredited for information security and data protection.
Multi-Me exists to support good practice — not compliance — and to ensure people are seen, heard, and supported as individuals.
