Colin Brooks is a seasoned professional with a degree in BSc Hons Urban Estate Surveying from The Nottingham Trent University, which was completed in 1986. They started their career as a Development Surveyor at Capital Shopping Centres before becoming Development Manager and later Head of Outlets at MEPC plc from 1987 to 2001. Colin has been the Managing Director of Realm Retail & Leisure Asset Management since 2002 and currently serves as the Owner of the same company. They retired in 2021 after a successful career in asset management and development.
